SigmaX Ads operates as a non-ideological and non-partisan service provider.
Engagement with any political party or candidate does not constitute endorsement or political alignment.
4. Advertising Platforms & Compliance
Political advertising is subject to:
- Platform policies (Meta, Google, X, etc.)

- Content approval and moderation processes

5. Performance Disclaimer

- Performance metrics depend on multiple external factors
- Past campaign performance does not guarantee future results
6. Fees, Payments & Refunds
- Service fees and payment terms are defined in written agreements
- Media spend on advertising platforms is separate from service fees unless stated otherwise
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Fees are non-refundable unless agreed in writing
7. Confidentiality
Both SigmaX Ads and the client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

- Proprietary systems and processes
Confidential information will not be disclosed except as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
SigmaX Ads retains ownership of its proprietary tools, methodologies, dashboards, and reports.
Clients retain ownership of their campaign creatives and materials.
Reproduction or redistribution of SigmaX Ads’ proprietary content without written consent is prohibited.
